How often will MTO send me information via SMS? MTO will only contact clients via SMS when pertinent information regarding our services is specific to those actively enrolled in our programs. We may use SMS to confirm orders, appointments, reminders, and other information to provide the best service possible to our clients.
How does MTO collect client data, and how is it stored? MTO only obtains client data through two avenues: directly from the client and third parties approved by the client.
